Bathroom - Floor: Floors of rooms in which plumbing fixtures are installed shall be maintained to bereasonably impervious to water and in a condition that permits easy cleaning.Namely, the paint on the bathroom floor is deteriorated which can allow for water to penetrate underneath the surface and is not impervious to water.
Bathroom - Ventilation: Ventilation shall be provided and maintained for every sanitary convenience room, eitherby means of natural ventilation through openings directly to the outside air that are not lessthan 0.09 square metre in size for each toilet and for each urinal, or by means ofmechanical ventilation that is capable of completely changing the air in the room at leastonce per hour.Namely, the bathroom with no window present, has a ventilation grate that is obstructed.
Bathroom - Walls: Every wall and ceiling shall be maintained clean and free of holes, cracks and damaged anddeteriorated surface material, and each repair shall be finished to reasonably match theexisting walls or ceilings.Namely, the walls and tiles in the bathroom are damaged, deterioating, and buckling.
